Groups can be fun, draining, exhilarating, exhausting, fulfilling, or lots of other things. They can be very Spiritual, very intense, or very casual. Whatever they are, they do fulfill a strong need in our lives and bring us into stages of personal growth that we otherwise would not experience. We participate in groups today to bring about new levels of strength and purpose, along with new determination in overcoming Drug Abuse or Alcoholism, or other personal issues. Go, Groups!
