Our food systems - the way we produce, market and consume food - are part of the political, social, economic, ecological and cultural fabric of our communities. As such, the aim of this book is to explore the development of sustainable food systems in the Global South. We analyse the current state of affairs, identify challenges and assess existing policies and frameworks.
