Growing up in Wichita, Kansas, I believed that my life was all but mapped out for me; military roots, religious upbringing, and surrounded by family. Unfortunately, the choices that I made along the way were not beneficial to me or my overall health and success. I endured debilitating circumstances and even harder lessons.
