I was a child in the Frumpy Fifties and had my student years in the Swinging Sixties. After that I played in rock'n'roll bands, painted pictures, made films, and wrote books, among other things. Times changed, and I changed with them - travelling, having magical adventures and making new friends all over the world. My extraordinary ancestors feature in these pages too...
