For many years affirmations have been a powerful way for me to create my own life! Unfortunately I was frustrated because a lot of the affirmations out there seemed watered down like people actually didn't believe they work. I wanted to create affirmations that would help me stretch the possibilities in my own mind of my future. This book is the result of my search for affirmations that are super powerful and I plan on using these affirmations in my own life regularly. I have found that we can use affirmations in many different creative ways. Right now I have many different affirmations taped to my computer screen and on my desktop to read through out my day.
