I have done a lost of research on the old west for many years and can tell Smith also put in some work on his locations, clothing, and firearms in his stories. I shoot in a couple of Cowboy Action Clubs and Smith's stories give us a good story line to use-for that they also let me shoot a few more rounds after dark! -Michael Fulbright, Old West reenactor
