Jurgen is the playboy second son. That means he is second in line to succeed his father as Chancellor of the empire known as Eutopia. Knowing he has little to lose, he fans public discontent as he voices an alternative to his Father's vision for the future. He takes calculated risks to build popular support in a very undemocratic society. Turning ever increasing adversity to his advantage, and even when ultimately banished, he plots and positions to succeed his father at the expense of his older brother, the heir apparent. As he gains stature within key parts of the government and a popular following, he begins to question his quest, his lust for power, methods and even himself. He observes his entire family suffering the unforeseen consequences of his behavior and decisions. However, he has now opened Pandora's Box and must find a way to control what he unleashed.
