Ready for picture day?

It's picture day at Hillbrook Elementary, and Starlin--a multimodal communicator and wheelchair user--is ready to shine. Last year's school picture was an epic disaster, but she's determined to take a dazzling one this time around. As she boards the bus, however, a storm ruins her brilliant look!
