For many people, journaling is a therapeutic way to relieve stress. For others, it is a way to record their thoughts, feelings, goals and aspirations on paper. Once recorded, it is easy to go back and review or reflect on what was written. This Spring Time theme makes it a fun way to write down your thoughts. As the flowers start to bloom, so can your journaling habit. I have included a page of prompts so if at any time you draw a blank as far as what to write, just look at the prompts. Also at the top of most pages is a quote or thought for that page.
