But with the magi Forum unwilling to meet their request for aid, they're on their own, and only a desperate plan offers hope to reassert their Family's legitimacy and force the magi leadership into action. Before they can act, a mysterious video appears online that can bring the investigation to their doorstep, pitting Allyn and Jaxon in a race against time to discover its origins before the police close in and their secret order is revealed.
