'Spirit, Mind and Body' provides basic knowledge about the human nature. That knowledge is essential in order to lead a victorious and successful life. Part one deals specifically with the spirit, mind and body. Part two looks at puberty: a maturational phase everybody will go through. Part three examines self-esteem and personal identity, and part four shows how to transform any negative traumatic events in a person's life into a positive influence. 'Spirit, Mind and Body' is some sort of a mosaic where each part brings to light a different value, a different color and a different texture thus complementing each other to form a uniquely crafted picture of the human spirit, mind and body.
