Source and Us is about who we are at the Core of our Being, our Core Self or Essence, which is clarity, wisdom, ease, command, exhilaration and pure, unconditional love. We may build an invaluable, profound, thriving, relationship with our Core Self and thus we experience those qualities primarily. And our emotions always indicate our relative closeness or remoteness to our Essence.

Johanna also explains the nature of the Universe or Source and how we may use the energetic make-up of All-That-Is to effectively deal with what separates us from our Essence and to create and experience the life that we want to live.
