Soopz Kitchen: Indigenous Family Recipes and Stories blends food, story, and the art of gathering. Chef Patricia Soop, a SAIT culinary graduate and founder of a successful Calgary, Alberta catering company, draws on her Blood Tribe roots within the Blackfoot Confederacy to present five curated menus: Celebration, Romance, Elders Tribute, Harvest & Gathering, and Homecoming.
