Over the years of my life I've come to find significant sound and

reliable advice or council has come from folks twenty, thirty, forty

years older than I. Formal education has its place but from where I

stand drinking a cup of coffee with these older folks has been well

worth the time and money I spent just listening to them tell their

stories. Seems to me that young folks tend to shy away from these

valuable sources of experience. Maybe you can spare a few minutes to

read one of the twenty one stories within which are bathed in

overcoming hardships, enduring to the end, being faithful to your

heritage. Appreciating experience gives you a new perspective on

events you are dealing with in your own life.
