Yoichi is freeloading at a run-down brothel when, after watching one of Kei Kitahara's movies for the first time, he suddenly discovers his purpose in life--photography. In an interesting twist of fate, Yoichi finds himself taking pity on a drunk lying in the gutter, only to discover it's Kei Kitahara himself. The two spend glorious days together, and while Yoichi's love for his idol grows, so too does his realization of how far apart in talent they are. Feeling left behind, his love soon begins to fester.
