There are six seasons that you'll walk through during your student leader year. This is the first one. It's the one that's going to set you up for success. This book includes lessons on: Character, Paying Attention, Vision, Expectations and Recruiting.

These lessons are based on the Six Seasons Matrix. The matrix combines the Lifelong Leader Framework - five foundational areas of leadership growth and development, with each of the Six Seasons of the Student Leader Year. This way, you receive timely training that prepares you with solid leadership principles for each season of the six seasons.
