Tom and Jennifer met and fell in love in college, married, and then experienced the ups and downs of a long-term, loving relationship. They established careers, raised a family and were just becoming empty nesters when Jennifer was diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent successful treatment, but soon after, the cancer came back with a vengeance. This is their love story: a story laced with hope and fear, but ultimately one that transcended Jennifer's cancer and Tom's heartbreak, and lives on today.
