In the first book in this series, Signs of the Times in 2020; the persecution was dealt with in one chapter, but requires further examination because of the current state of the world. Although Christian persecution takes various forms, it is characterized as any hostility encountered due to affiliation with Jesus Christ. Followers of Christianity are targeted for persecution for their religion in all parts of the world: they are attacked at work and school, discriminated against, at risk of being sexually assaulted, tortured, detained, and much more. In this book, I will attempt to explain what is happening in the world from a biblical and prophetic viewpoint and some of the events we should expect next.
Joe Irizarry is a business owner, marketer, and author. Despite a slew of trials and tribulations, his life took a turn in his 20s when he focused on the teachings of Jesus Christ. Joe has used his unique life experiences and knowledge of the Bible to spread God's word since becoming a Christian. He launched JoeIrizarryNoticiasCristianas.com in 2018, intending to spread the gospel throughout Latin America. In 2020, he felt compelled to write "Signs of the Times in 2020, The Beginning Of Sorrows" as a result of all the accumulating evidence that closely paralleled many of the Bible's prophecies. Joe established The Joe Irizarry Foundation to assist those in need in 2022.
