Through S.O.A.R. and various community outreach programs, Jessica regularly volunteers with causes that help women stay connected, productive and successful. Jessica Varian Carroll lives in Monmouth County, New Jersey with her four children. When she's not working or helping others, she loves being out in nature and is always up to something interesting.
