This love story is set in Edinburgh in the early 1960's and does contain some adult material Many of the places described exist today as they did then. Some have changed with time but are still recognisable and some I've changed slightly to fit the storyline. Some places are, of course, complete inventions, again to fit the storyline though they are based on places I have known and they may well exist exactly as described. It's just that I haven't been there yet. Similarly, some of the events and situations described were real though modified, others were simply invented but could well have existed at the time. Then there are the characters themselves. This is, of course, a work of fiction with the customary disclaimer that they bear no resemblance to persons living or dead, and so on. In other words, they aren't real except in my head where their reality is without question and I'm really very fond of them. Maybe you will like them too.
