The empathy, compassion, wisdom, and connectedness are the components to maintain lifelong relationships either in the family or in the organization. Bailey, Eng, Frisch & Snyder, (2007) found that life satisfaction is one of the most important issues of the present scenario. Evidence shows that life satisfaction can reproduce experiences that have influenced a person in a positive way. These experiences have the ability to motivate people to pursue and reach their respective goals. Life satisfaction vary from person to person; for scientists it may be inventions, for a doctors it may be to cure to their patients, for the social workers it may be quality work to contribute the society in developing as well as maintaining peace, harmony, prosperity, and belongingness, for the teachers it may be transfer of knowledge, values, and virtues.
