If one can be still long enough to listen, to notice the minutest details in the barkless elm or the song of the chickadee, eternal truths can be perceived that the rushing world around us tries to drown out in its noise and chaos.

God exhorts us in the Bible to "be still, and know that I am God." R. Lynn Sauls takes this to heart and embraces each moment of reflection to discover even more about the God that he loves and who holds all of us in His hands. Lynn uses his gift of word to explore the power of God's love that surrounds us every day in the natural world and to craft poetry that inspires and encourages the reader.
