Score! Power Up Your Game, Business and Life by Harnessing the Power of Emotional Intelligence (el. knyga) (skaityta knyga) | knygos.lt

Aprašymas

The topic of Emotional Intelligence (EI) (EQ), as a way for improving bottom-line performance in business or golf, is still foreign to most business executives, workers, and golfers today. This may be due to the fact that many of the books written about EQ, prior to the year 2000, have been mainly written in scientific and technical terms, not specifically targeted for the average layperson. Score! Power Up Your Game, Business and Life by Harnessing the Power of Emotional Intelligence is intended as a layperson's introduction into EQ by exploring the seven major EQ categories covering one's personal and social skills. In addition, it provides two sample assessments, (one for business and one for golf) demonstrating how to determine one's level of EQ in the business and golf environments. There are now over 100 business skills that clearly show that by learning and enhancing one's EQ, personal performance can be significantly improved. This can happen both in affecting the bottom-line profitability of a business or the bottom-line of improving one's enjoyment, appreciation, happiness, and scores in playing the game of golf. So no matter whether in the boardroom or on the golf course, Score! Power Up Your Game, Business and Life by Harnessing the Power of Emotional Intelligence will be your guide to empower you to become more emotionally intelligent and lead you to become a more effective performer in the workplace and on the golf course.
