Psalm 91 is perhaps the single most widely read, and quoted, scripture passage concerning divine protection. It is, in fact, 'stock-in-trade' for virtually any preacher, teacher, commentator, or writer dealing with the subject. It is also the best writing in scripture relating to the idea of a place of intimate fellowship and communion with God. Verses one and two in particular are not only quoted with great frequency, but are inscribed on plaques, bookmarks, Christian artwork, and other paraphernalia. This book examines this Psalm in detail along with Psalm 27, another very profound passage regarding this concept.
