The messages for energy healing shared in this book are intended for anyone who is ready for or in need of emotional or spiritual healing. Janine Palmer is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Shamanic Practitioner who shares tools and wisdom through her writing to assist with removing energetic blocks and for releasing what no longer serves. The work focuses on the importance of forgiveness for freedom by accessing knowledge and wisdom to disconnect from limited and limiting ideologies which keep people stuck in guilt and shame and fear.
