While the population of Birobidzhan has decreased tremendously since the early 1990's, Yiddish is still considered it' official language and his home to the largest menorah the world.Simultaneously and unbeknownst to Lancaster, Joe and Paul are off to South America seeking retribution on Lancaster's behalf. Will they find those responsible for this horrible assassination? Where will their paths take them? What will they do?Meanwhile, will Lancaster learn there is something odd about his new Israeli-Russian friend Michael Demsky? Does the possibility of Israel becoming closer to the Russian government at the expense of the United States bother Lancaster? Is Lancaster somehow being used or setup?
