Each session of the workbook corresponds to a chapter in Reset Your Life and is organized for maximum benefit. Sessions open with a key Scripture passage that sets the stage for the session and compliments the Scriptures quoted in the book. The Scripture is followed by some important points that you won't want to miss and a brief summary of the book chapter. Then there is an opportunity for prayer and sharing joys and concerns followed by an opening prayer. We begin with prayer in order to position ourselves to hear what God will reveal to us through the book, conversation with other Christians, and the Bible.
