It creates a God more interested in displaying His majesty than in sharing His agape love. It turns the Good Shepherd into a bad shepherd. Belief in Calvinism requires the abandonment of any sane understanding of justice, free will, or the heart of God. Ultimately, the God Calvinists believe in is a monster, and their gospel is anything but "Good News" for those who are not selected by God to be saved.
