Each year at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, a new group of employees come together once a month for ten months. The goal, to educate and mentor leadership from within. A project is chosen to complete by the end of the year and this book and an associated textbook scholarship fund was the project chosen by the Leadership UCC Class of 2018.
This book highlights the talent found among our students, staff, and alumni, while generating funds to help our students with the expenses associated with their classes.
