Carol has had a lifelong passion for animals and horses. She works as a nurse practitioner and manages a small farm full of horses and other rescued animals.
Joan has been painting most of her life. She is a graduate of the Famous Artists School of Westport, Connecticut, with a Diploma in Fine Art, taken by correspondence while raising five children. She has studied with many well-known Canadian artists and has won many awards for her work. Joan taught art classes at Loyalist College, Belleville, Ontario in the Continuing Education program for 38 years and is now retired and lives with her husband, George, in Quinte West.
