The life of teenage girl is an emotional rollercoaster. Just like anyone, you go through ups and downs, but during the adolescent years, everything in your life is heightened. When you're in love, you love hard, with intense passion. When you hate, you hate from within the depths of your soul. You see life as it is through your eyes at that present moment. You may feel as if you don't have a voice, but spoken word or poetry is a great way to express those feelings. This book shows you how I expressed my feelings, and maybe it will give you a push in the right direction to express yours.
