Chase has dedicated his life to helping others. Never liking the spotlight he has spent his time serving the community in the only way he knew how: as a police officer. However, unexpected news from the doctor has forced him to leave his career behind and try to enjoy what time he has left.

A chance encounter when doing the walk of shame leads Adrian and Chase to a love affair that no one expected, least of all Adrian. Knowing the time they have together won't last, Adrian sets out to make sure Chase's last moments on this earth are memorable. With the help of his bandmates they set out to pull off the ultimate bucket list. As fun as chasing dreams is, sometimes the domestic life doesn't sound too bad either.
