I must admit, Potato Kugel is something we have a couple times a year here on the homestead. Although I've never published a cookbook of recipes for this dish before, I have gathered recipes for this dish for the past several years. This being an unusual dish nowadays, it was somewhat difficult to find enough of them to put together a cookbook.

There are several excellent recipes in this book, and many of them are very flavorful. If you enjoy a nice Potato Kugel dish, you're sure to find one among these pages. Please reach out and let me know which were your favorites, as well as what you'd like to see next. Hope to hear from you soon.
