These poems are a reflection of my journey in life, before my decision to join the United States Army and during my year and a half deployment from 2007 - 2008 OEF/OIF. "These poetic stories are realistic and vivid; it will keep you in anticipation. These are my chronicles of truth with lips unsealed of my independent, with the power of speech, vision of the past, present and future. My empathy shows in my gestures and poetic narrative, "I am defiant to shut up and consume the silence". These poems are rough, sincere, wise, sensitive, poetic, direct, and heartbreaking, tear jerking and trustworthy, I faithfully promise to roar; I verbalize tenderly and vocalize the realism of society issues by being "a realist"
