Company acquisitions and mergers are getting more and more common for strategic growth. Unfortunately, the success rate for the integration has not improved yet. With an average failure rate of far beyond 50 per cent, this strategy is very risky and can cost millions of dollars. This book will show what should not be done during the integration phase and will deal with the soft side of Post-Merger-Integration which is wrongly often neglected. The main issues that are covered are Integration Project Management, Communication, the Human Side and Behaviour, and Enterprise Culture.
