In the Perpetual Motion Etudes of Jeremy Siskind, one finds a unique blend of harmonic colors, emotional journeys, and great technical demands. Through the use of a great variety of techniques, from polyrhythms to rapid hand-crossings, Siskind has created a set of pianistic paintings in which the pianist can become totally absorbed, in both the learning and performance processes.
