'Parables of Antithesis' is a lyrical portrayal of life's paradoxes, through the eyes of two reflective souls, with different paradigms and interpretations of life. The conflict is perceptible even in their signature styles, tones and usage of vocabularies. You'll find Nature motifs and similes culled from Nature in one of the styles-reminiscent of 18th and 19th century romanticism; while the other style hits you with its hard-hitting modern realism and an unapologetic tone- quite in keeping with the personality traits of these two distinct individuals. However, there is a concord even in the dissonance. 'Parables of Antithesis' would surely resonate with all connoisseurs and critics of life. The experience of reading poems of two distinct styles on a single antithetical theme is pretty much like encountering one's alter ego.
