At the age of 27, once his formal studies were complete, Raymond Greenlaw took up amateur sport seriously, focusing on activities that enhanced his life. This book presents his palmarès over a 30+ year period. These activities undertaken worldwide led him on a journey of self-discovery and a discovery of other lands, peoples, and cultures.
