It was in this backdrop that MirzaGhulam Ahmad of Qadian penned Noah's Ark in 1902. In it the author elaborates the essence of his teachings and states that those who sincerely follow its tenets would be saved miraculously from the onslaughts of this epidemic, even without inoculation.
