She has been groomed by her mother from birth to be 'perfect' in every way. She sets up a prenatal and postnatal group, Nearly Natal to shine as a star in her Country Club for reaching out to the community. Instead she has children urinating on her shoes, women dripping breast milk as they walk and acting as a midwife in one session.
