This book aims at the new opportunities, development connotation, problems and potential risks of the Maritime Silk Road in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), as well as the problems of insufficient case samples, incomplete assessment information, uncertain decision-making knowledge, etc., Some new methods and technical such as dynamic Bayesian networks, intuitionistic fuzzy sets, group decision-making, information flow, are introduced to build an indicator system and mathematical model for risk assessment and emergency management.
