We are energy fields. This book is about meditation as a method of self-healing as the energy field becomes known. The method is a guided meditation learned in stages. There is another narrative evolving through our stories of healing; remembering the Self. This book is about understanding what the Self is as energy and how we access it and use it. Through understanding, we can access meditation using a simple method of the transformative vision that has meaning as the state of meditation and purpose as quantum healing.

This book is a revised edition. Reviews of the past and possibilities for the future allow us to adapt to the present. At present, the world is experiencing a pandemic that is an individual and collective crisis. Individually we need health practices to boost our immune system to assist prevent and recover from its effects. Meditation is a holistic health practice of using vision to acquire resilience. Resilience is not just our individual ability to adapt. The Self, health, and social environment are connected. Collectively we heal through the vision of a social transformation occurring based on values, principles of equity, and a cultural transformation based on science, the arts, and beliefs that connect us. The possibility is a new age of civilization as we individually and collectively heal using the renewed energy of vision.
