Have you ever wondered why your boss rejected an idea you presented to him but the same idea presented by your colleague was not just accepted, he was even rewarded for it? Or maybe you suggested some of your products to your client and he told you he didn't want it, or you don't know how to begin your conversation? Why did it happen that way? What went wrong?

The reason for this is because talking is an art. Everybody can't do it, but everyone can learn it because it's a learnable skill. In this book, I will be discussing some concepts which will help you not only start a conversation, but also engage in it, end it, and converse in a different environment.
