This book contains selected peer-reviewed papers of the IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) symposium 'Mycotoxins and phycotoxins'. These symposia are the principal international interdisciplinary conventions focusing on occurrence, advances in determination, toxicology and exposure management of these bio-contaminants.
