Aprašymas

There is a universal goal among worldwide businesses to remain optimally profitable and provide high quality goods and services. This goal has become increasingly difficult to achieve in the ultra-competitive 21st century. To give the reader some background on this book, as the title suggests it is about motivating human behavior effectively and efficiently in the most complex businesses in the world. The METOM was developed as a unique blend of process and content motivational constructs written as: 1. Employer Expectations = Employee Expectations = Increased Motivation, Increased Productivity, Increased Quality, and Increased Organizational Commitment. The Mutual Expectation Theory of Motivation (METOM) theoretical tenets originally posited in 1999 were validated in 2006 which resulted in real cost savings per organization ranging from $46,974 to $171,856 U.S. dollars annually. This text will serve as an independent guide to teach any business leader the background theory of METOM as well as the program application in the workplace. Several worksheets guide you through the process. Information is also provided to assist in evaluating the results in your organization.
