Mostly Awful Grownups (el. knyga) (skaityta knyga) | River Clegg | knygos.lt

Aprašymas

A wickedly funny mystery adventure, perfect for fans of Lemony Snicket and Robin Stevens.

This is the story of Cole and Willow and the grownups who are after them. Their pursuers are still out there, and they do not want you reading this book.

Twins Cole and Willow are smart, resourceful, and good-natured. This is true even when something horrible happens, like one of their shoes goes missing, or they make the acquaintance of a carnivorous fish, or they return home to find that their parents have vanished.

With only one clue - a mysterious letter left by a mysterious stranger - Cole and Willow must unravel the secrets of their parents' disappearance, but there are deeply unpleasant and mostly awful grownups on their tail.

No one is who they say they are. No one is to be trusted. Cole and Willow need their wits, their courage, and perhaps a few unlikely allies. After all, every good mystery needs someone clever enough to solve it. Might that someone be you?
