I created this book, companion workbook and gratitude journal with you in mind. I wanted a way for you to uncover truths about your authentic self and make decisions about what you want for your life. The idea is that it will start you on your journey to get you to that next level in your life and beyond. I created the very thing I wish I'd had all those years ago, as I believe it would have improved my journey immensely. Being able to understand yourself without all the emotional clutter and noise is the only way to get clear on what you can be. Out in the world, we are a different version of ourselves. But when we are alone in the quiet of our mind is when we go deep and understand that life has an expiration date. None of us know how much time we have, yet so many of us know there is more out there for us to achieve. One desire I have for you is that you listen to that voice and nurture the small flame within your soul that desires more. There is no such thing as 'stuck' in life unless you refuse to take hold of the power you have to change. Now is your time to take hold of the knowledge being offered and make your life one that you will someday look back on, amazed at your progress and at the incredible person you have become.
