And why Vera was deported to the re-education camp on the island of Goli Otok, abandoning her when she was just six years old. To unravel the mysteries of the past, Nina suggests a return to the place of horror that sucked Vera dry, marking the fate of them all. The journey of Vera, Nina, Guili, and Rafi to Goli Otok ultimately becomes a dramatic confrontation that shatters the silence, awakening feelings and emotions with the violence of the storm that hits the island's cliffs.
