After giving birth to her fourth child in 2012, she suffered from Post-Partum Depression (PPD) and fortunately was able to turn things around. She used this experience to transform her pains into power to become the best version of herself. She then became an advocate of empowering every woman in the world to find her true self and elevate her worth. She also emphasized in this book the important roles that every woman plays in our society - from being a daughter, a sister, a mother, a wife, a friend, and simply a beautiful human being to everyone.

She believes that womanhood is a divine gift and a celebration of power, beauty, and love. She wants every woman in the world to know that "You are powerful. You are enough. You are beautiful."
