The small, little known New Jersey seaside town of Megalodon Beach is rapidly altered into a commerce friendly Shore destination by its new Mayor, whose powers of persuasion and ability to execute his plans go far beyond mere political charisma and verve: they border on the psychic, the telekinetic. Rather than circumventing or bending Sate or Federal law, he simply writes his own, leading his town in directions and to places that even he had not envisioned, and perhaps losing his mind along the way...
